CUSTOM ORDERS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized orders such as your own composed bouquets or other personalized products. These products are personalized, made to your wishes and therefore I cannot sell them to other customers. If your order has been damaged during transport, please let me know by sending me a message on WhatsApp or by email. Take a photo of the shipping box and the damaged product. I will contact you as soon as possible for a solution. Please note: Please let me know within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the product is damaged due to your own actions, you cannot return the product. 

 

RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, you must return it undamaged within 14 days. The return costs are for your own account. Register your return shipment via: the Return Form.pdf and mail it to info@ktfloweryx.com 
After receiving your return, we will ensure that you get your money back within 10 working days.
