Safe delivery of your artisanal items
At KT Flowery Handmade, we prioritize the safe journey of your handcrafted products. We personally deliver orders within Helmond at no cost, no matter the order size. For all other locations, we collaborate with trusted partners like PostNL, DHL, and DPD, guaranteeing that your package is handled with care and arrives safely.
Costs and delivery times of your order
Shipping costs depend on the size of your order. These are displayed at checkout. We strive to keep these costs as transparent as possible. Furthermore, we offer free shipping on all orders in the Netherlands over €100. Orders are shipped within 14 working days, with the exception of custom orders (custom bouquets, etc.). For other countries is free delivery available for orders over €180.

What to do in case of damage or loss?
Should anything unexpectedly go wrong during shipping, such as damage to your product or a missing order, we are here for you.
