General Terms and Conditions

CUSTOM ORDERS
The delivery time for personalized orders is a minimum of 5 weeks. The exact delivery time and price will be indicated after you have placed your order. Please note that personalized orders cannot be returned. Your order will only be made after you have paid your invoice. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order while it has already been made or is still in progress, you will receive a partial refund. For personalized orders, we keep 25% of the total amount for expenses and this is non-refundable.

 

RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are personalized, i.e. your own composed bouquets or other personalized products. If you wish to return a product, you must return it undamaged within 14 days. The return costs are for your own account. You can complete the return via the returns form on the Returns page. After receiving your return shipment, we will ensure that you get your money back within 10 working days.
