Custom Orders
Delivery times for personalized orders typically range from 1 to 8 weeks. The exact timeframe and pricing will be confirmed after your order is placed. Kindly note that customized products are non-returnable. We will begin processing your order once payment has been received. Should you decide to cancel your order after processing has started, a partial refund will be issued to cover any costs already incurred.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the longevity of your product, please follow the specific care instructions provided. For best results, we recommend hand washing and air drying. Avoid using a washing machine or dryer, as they may cause damage to the product.
GIFT CARD
Our gift cards are valid for two years and are single-use only. Please note that any unused balance will be forfeited if the purchase total is less than the card's value. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns on personalized products, such as custom-made bouquets or other customized items. If you’d like to return a product, it must be in its original, undamaged condition and returned within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. To start the return process, simply fill out the returns form available on our Returns page. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
