General Terms & Conditions
PERSONALIZED ORDERS
The delivery time for personalized orders is at least 5 weeks. The exact delivery time and price will be indicated after you have placed your order. Please note that personalized orders cannot be returned. Your order will only be made after you have paid your invoice. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order while it has already been made or is still processing, you will receive a partial refund. For personalized orders we will deduct 25% of the total amount for expenses and this is non-refundable.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are personalised, i.e. self-curated bouquets or other personalized products. If you want to return a product, you must return it undamaged within 14 days. The return costs are at your own expense. You can complete the return via the return form on the Returns page. After receiving your return shipment, we will ensure that you get your money back within 10 working days.
