Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY
The shipping time is 3-5 working days for delivery in the Netherlands. For other countries, shipping time may be slightly longer. This applies with the exception of personalized products. The shipping time is stated separately when placing the order, because the items are only made after you have placed the order.

 

For orders over €60 there is free shipping in the Netherlands. For other countries there is free shipping from €100.
Orders to an address in Helmond are always free. You can choose the shipping option "Helmond" when placing your order, then no shipping costs will be charged.

 

PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized orders, such as self-curated bouquets or other personalized products. These products are personalized, made to your wishes and therefore cannot be sold to other customers. If your order has been damaged during transport, please let me know via WhatsApp or email. Take a photo of the shipping box and the damaged product. I will contact you as soon as possible for a solution. Please note: Please let me know within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the product is damaged due to your own actions, you cannot return it.

 

RETURNS
If you want to return a product, you must return it undamaged within 14 days. The return costs are for your own account. Register your return shipment via: the Return Form.pdf and email it to info@ktfloweryx.com
Enter the same information on the returns form as you entered when ordering.

After receiving your return shipment, we will ensure that you get your money back within 10 working days.

 

TAKE AWAY
You can also collect your order from us. Make an appointment using the form below and let us know the date and time you would like to collect your order. We will then contact you as soon as possible for confirmation. You will receive the exact address after confirmation. Please do not share my address with others.
