Delivery

Standard delivery takes 4 to 8 business days. Personalized orders might take a little longer.

If you're in Helmond, delivery is always free! Just choose the "Helmond" shipping option at checkout, and you won’t be charged for shipping.

 

 

Enjoy free shipping when you order above the following amounts:

  • The Netherlands: Orders over €85
  • Belgium: Orders over €100
  • Germany: Orders over €100

For all other countries, free shipping is available on orders over €150.

 

 

Custom Orders

We’re sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on personalized items, including custom bouquets or other made-to-order products. Since these items are uniquely crafted just for you, they cannot be resold.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include a photo of the shipping box and the damaged item. We’ll review the situation and get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution. Please note: items damaged due to mishandling after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Returns

To return a product, it must be undamaged and sent back within 14 days. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Begin by completing the Return Form.pdf and emailing it to info@ktfloweryx.com.

Ensure the information on the return form matches the details provided during your original order. Retain your shipping receipt, and send us a photo of it for reference.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
